Reservation Policy
A $250 deposit will guarantee your reservation date. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. If we are able to rebook the date, your deposit will be refunded. A reservation request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm the booking. Please include your telephone number so that we may contact you to confirm your reservation.
2012 Rental Information
Use of entire facility including Granary, covered patio, gardens and restrooms from 10am to 10pm (including decorating and clean-up time) for up to 200 people (including wedding party):
Friday, Saturday or Sunday..................$1500

RENTAL FEES ARE DUE IN FULL BY DATE OF EVENT.
We accept cash or check.
You will need a banquet permit from any Washington State Liquor Store to serve beer and wine.
Liquor is not permitted.

- Full kitchen (6 burner gas range & oven, designated refrigerator, restaurant coffee maker, 3 basin sink, lots of counter space)
- 13-36" round wooden tables & 50 wooden chairs for indoor use only
- 6-48" round resin tables & 50 white outdoor chairs that can be used on the patio and in the grass
- 3-6' resin & 1-8' buffet tables
