Events at La Conner Flats

This year, for the first time, we will be participating in the Skagit Valley Farm Tour, a festival of family farms.

Festival activities:

    * Tours of gardens
    * Tours of vegetable trials
    * Cider making and samples
    * Information & Education

Learn while touring these premises: Learn about varieties of vegetables and cultural methods that work here. See many landscaping ideas and plants. Learn about culinary herbs that grow well and how to use them. Talk with the owners about farming in the Skagit Valley and its future.

Throughout the year there are various tours of the gardens starting at 1pm at Christianson's Nursery and ending at the Granary at La Conner Flats. The tours are led by Bob Hart & John Christianson. High Tea is served at 2pm after the tour. Reservations are required for High Tea, please contact Margie . If you have questions about the tour please contact Christianson's Nursery.

Next Tea and Tour Dates:

The Fourth Annual Rose Festival will be in June 2008 specific dates are tba. There will be self-guided tours of the rose garden and we will be serving Espresso, Low and High Tea, please contact Margie for reservations or questions. Christianson's Nursery will be having other events during the day.
